Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is a Canadian actor and comedian who lives in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known for her character on Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is also a graduate at Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was an Canadian Comedy Award recipient for Best Female Improviser two times in 2006 and 2007, and also won the award for Best Performance by a Female Television in 2012 and in the year 2015. In 2015 she was nominated for Best Female Performances in Feature Film for her character Carol in Dirty Singles. Also, she has been part of the prank series "Scare Tactics". Lauren hosts her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" with Christy Oxborrow.
